Mr. Cohen was hired by Magink in 2010 to lead the company and introduce its unique technology to the Media marketplace. Eyal has brought to Magink extensive experience in founding and growing new companies with his unique managerial and leading approach.

Prior to Magink Mr. Cohen served as Syneron’s Dental Division President, with the express purpose of bringing products of the company's newly acquired dental unit to the global marketplace. Under his direction, Syneron Dental increased its number of partners and distributors, built a network of doctor luminaries, and created new branding and marketing tools for use around the world. In addition, Eyal brought the company to remarkable profitability, and in 2009, in recognition of this accomplishment, received the gold medal Winner of the best export award by the Israel Commerce Minister for companies in the small Hi-Tech sector for growing export at the rate of 1,500% in 2 years.
Prior to his tenure at Syneron, Eyal served as CEO and Founder of Adapt Media, Inc. in New York City. Under Eyal's direction, Adapt Media became the world's leading Taxi top digital media and advertising company. Prior to the founding of Adapt Media, Eyal gained invaluable experience in sales as Director of Sales for Mercury Interactive Corp., in charge of the NY metro area. Eyal Cohen holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Israel.

Dr David Coates, after completing BSc in chemistry and a PhD on the synthesis and properties of liquid crystals at Hull University with Prof W Gray, Dr Coates was a post-doctoral fellow sponsored by the UK Defence Agency in Malvern and working on materials for the twisted nematic, STN and dyed displays. He then joined STL (the European research centre for ITT) working in the displays group to pioneer and develop new liquid crystal display modes based on smectic and dyed nematic liquid crystals; in some cases these were transferred the first LCD production units in the UK. After 10 yrs at STL he joined Merck (then known as BDH Ltd) and was research manager for 13yrs working with a multidisciplinary team of chemists and physicists in the thermochromic and electro-optic liquid crystals departments in the UK. Later he was responsible for finding new applications for liquid crystals and together with collaborators all around the world developed optical film products based on reactive and polymeric liquid crystals. He has since worked on LCOS and reflective displays as well as working with Magink who he joined on a full time basis in 2002; before that he was an adviser on the materials and display aspects of the products. He has published over 80 articles and 8 scientific textbook chapters; Dr. Coates is named as an inventor on over 200 patents.

Dr. Steinblatt holds a Ph.D. degree in Physics from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.
With more than twenty years of experience of research and development, Dr. Steinblatt has been active in many fields of the applied physics.
Among others, he served in an ESA space project, in the Graphic arts industry leading the New Technologies group of the Scitex Corp. Output division. He has also worked for a number of telecommunication startup companies like LaserComm and ColorChip, active in the development of novel optical fibers and telecommunication optical components.
Dr. Steinblatt has also an entrepreneurial experience, with the establishment of VaryFrame, a startup company in the field of reflective displays.
Dr. Steinblatt holds over 20 patents in the various fields of his activity.

Mr. Ofer Dar holds the position of V.P. Finance & Operation in Magink. Mr. Dar brings to Magink 15 years of experience in financial management positions. As V.P. Finance & Operations, Mr. Dar is responsible for the financial, operational and administrative procedures of the company.
Prior to joining Magink Mr. Dar was Finance manager of a Dutch based Biotech company focusing on the development of new cancer therapies. Previously, Mr. Dar was the CFO of a company that developed software solutions for management of large car fleets. In the past Mr. Dar served as the controller of an engineering company involved mainly in complex governmental projects.
Mr. Dar is a qualified CPA and worked for several years at Arthur Andersen accounting firm. He holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. in Accounting and Business from the College of Management.
